1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return, Refund & Warranty Policy. Sky Technologies reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned below.

2. General Return Eligibility (7 Days)

Products may be returned within 7 days from delivery date only if:

  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original manufacturer packaging is intact
  • All accessories, manuals, cables & invoice are included
  • Serial number matches our billing records
  • Product seal is not broken (where applicable)

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Anti-Fraud Clause)

To claim:

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival)
  • Physical damage
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product

Customer must provide:

  • Full unboxing video (without cuts)
  • Clear outer packaging visible
  • Shipping label clearly shown
  • Product serial number visible

Without proper unboxing video, no claim will be entertained.

This is mandatory to prevent fraud and false claims.

4. Strict Policy for High-Value Products

(GPUs, Processors, Motherboards, High-End SSDs, Gaming Cabinets with Glass, etc.)

High-value items including but not limited to:

  • Graphics Cards (GPU)
  • Processors (CPU)
  • Motherboards
  • Gaming laptops
  • High-end SSDs
  • Liquid coolers

Special Conditions:

  1. No return for change of mind
  2. No return if seal is opened (except DOA case with proof)
  3. Bent CPU pins / damaged GPU connectors will NOT be accepted
  4. Physical damage, burn marks, short circuit cases not covered
  5. Serial number & barcode tampering will result in rejection
  6. We record serial numbers before dispatch for verification
  7. Open-box products cannot be returned unless DOA approved

If any mismatch, manipulation, or part swapping is found, legal action may be taken.

5. Fraud & Misuse Protection

Sky Technologies reserves the right to:

  • Reject return if product is found used or tampered
  • Reject claim in case of serial number mismatch
  • Reject excessive or suspicious return behavior
  • Take legal action in case of fraud or chargeback abuse

Any false claim may result in:

  • Permanent blocking from website
  • Legal recovery proceedings
  • Reporting to payment gateway fraud system

6. Inspection & Approval Process

After receiving returned product:

  • Inspection within 2–3 working days
  • Technical verification may take additional time
  • If approved → refund or replacement
  • If rejected → item shipped back at customer cost

Decision of Sky Technologies technical team will be final.

7. Refund Policy

If approved:

  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • COD refunds via bank transfer only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Payment gateway charges may be deducted in case of voluntary cancellations after dispatch.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Allowed before dispatch only
  • After dispatch → cannot cancel
  • Refusal at delivery will attract shipping & handling deduction

9. GST & Invoice Terms

  • All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned
  • Proper GST invoice will be issued at time of billing
  • GST details must be provided correctly at time of order
  • GST number cannot be changed after invoice generation
  • No refund of GST once invoice is filed in GST returns

For B2B customers:

  • ITC claims are customer responsibility
  • Returns after GST filing may require credit note adjustment

10. Warranty Policy

  • Most products carry manufacturer warranty only
  • Warranty is handled by respective brand service center
  • Sky Technologies will assist but is not liable for brand delays
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, burn cases void warranty

11. Limitation of Liability

Sky Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect loss of business
  • Data loss
  • Installation errors by customer
  • Compatibility issues (customer must verify before ordering)

12. Dispute Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Kashipur, Uttarakhand courts only.
