1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation for prepaid orders or after order confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where COD is available.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and order verification.

Custom-built gaming PCs may require 3–7 business days (or longer, depending on component availability and assembly requirements) before dispatch.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

We reserve the right to verify any order before dispatch, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for all products, locations, or order values. COD availability will be displayed during checkout.

2. Shipping Partner

We primarily ship orders through Delhivery. However, we may use other trusted courier partners whenever necessary to ensure timely and secure delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote service locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

GamingPCWorld.com may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns from time to time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible products, serviceable PIN codes, and qualifying order values.

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain products, custom-built PCs, high-value orders, remote locations, or based on order history.

Customers selecting COD must ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason may result in future COD orders being restricted or declined.

GamingPCWorld.com reserves the right to contact customers for order verification before dispatching any COD order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS (where applicable) containing your tracking details.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking information provided.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to respond to courier communications

the shipment may be returned to us. Any additional shipping, return shipping, or re-dispatch charges may be borne by the customer.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • PIN Code
  • Mobile Number

GamingPCWorld.com is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If you notice:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Signs of tampering
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect product

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sunnyarora@sky-technologies.in with clear photographs and, where possible, an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.

An unboxing video may be required to process claims relating to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

10. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational issues
  • Remote service locations

GamingPCWorld.com shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

11. Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Customer refusal
  • Recipient unavailable

we will contact the customer to arrange re-dispatch.

Additional shipping, return shipping, and re-dispatch charges may apply.

For prepaid orders returned due to customer-related reasons, refunds, where applicable, may be processed after deducting shipping charges, return shipping charges, payment gateway charges, and any other applicable costs, as permitted by law.

12. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the shipment to the delivery address provided at the time of order.

13. International Shipping

Currently, GamingPCWorld.com ships within India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.
